HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 5311 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed complaining that the name of the petitioner has not been included in the final voters list despite representation made on 15.02.2016.

When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Counsel for the fifth respondent, Sri Ch.Koteswara Rao, submits that the mistake in omitting the name of petitioner in the final voters list was noticed and the same has been corrected by issuing proceedings dated 18.02.2016 by the sixth respondent. In that view of the matter, inasmuch as the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has been granted by the authorities themselves, no further orders need be passed in the Writ

Petition.

The Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
