THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.5070 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenges the order of suspension passed by respondent No.3 vide proceedings in Rc.No.C.3689-17/2016, dated 31.12.2016.

2. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 7.2.2017, in W.P.No.3438 of 2017 of this Court and a copy of the same is also placed on record.

3. Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, the Writ Petition is also disposed of, in the following terms: "For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent - The Joint Collector, Nellore, Nellore District to dispose of the stay application, dated 19.01.2017 filed by the petitioner herein along with the appeal against the order of suspension, dated 31.12.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile, status quo as on today shall be maintained with regard to the subject shop."

4. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
