HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18972 of 2019 ORDER:

The claim of the petitioner in this writ petition is that she is the wife of late A. Veeranna, who was a Freedom Fighter. She asserts that she is entitled for a house site in terms of orders issued in relevant G.Os., particularly G.O.Ms.No.185, Revenue Department, dt.11.03.1997 issued by the Government. She made applications dt.12.12.2018 and 10.08.2019 seeking allotment of house site under Freedom Fighters' quota, but the same are not being considered by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made applications, latest being dt.10.08.2019, to respondent No.1 - District Collector, Warangal District, for allotment of house site under Freedom Fighters' quota, the said applications are not processed by the respondents. The learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that appropriate orders would be passed in terms of G.O.Ms.No.185, dt.11.03.1997 issued by the Government. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing that the respondents shall consider the application dt.10.08.2019 of the petitioner and pass

CKR, J W.P.No.18972 of 2019 appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, subject to her eligibility and entitlement, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
