This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.4 in not acting upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.07.2019. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.242/2019 is registered under Sections 447, 504, 506, r/w.34 IPC, on the file of Abdullapurmet Police Station on 01.09.2019. In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
