THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11612 OF 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.3 in Cr.No.981 of 2013 on the file of Jeedimetla Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District. 2 At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after conducting investigation the police referred the case as civil in nature.

3 In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this case. Hence the Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
