THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 18883 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent authorities without issuing any notice and without following due process of law are interfering with her possession over the land admeasuring 1295 square yards in Survey No.241/EE situated at Shadnagar Shivar, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation placed before this Court the approved layout, vide L.P.No.204/88, wherein the subject property is shown as reserved for public purpose. It may be noted that while the petitioner asserts that her property is situated in Survey No.241/EE, as per the layout, the property is situated in Survey No.241/A.

Inasmuch as there is a dispute with respect to the identity of the property, without expressing any opinion, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil Court seeking appropriate orders to protect her rights.
