THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.14981 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in calling the petitioner to the Police Station and detaining him hours together at the instance of the fourth respondent with whom there are some civil disputes. The main grievance of the petitioner is the interference by the third respondent in civil matter. In such circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the higher authorities.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad, with regard to his grievance, and on receipt of such grievance petition, the Deputy Commissioner of Police shall take necessary action in accordance with law. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
