THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON NOS.16683 AND 17044 OF 2018 C O M M O N O R D E R Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned senior counsel appearing for M/s. Bharadwaj Associates, learned counsel for the petitioners, would inform this Court that petitions were filed in these cases seeking their withdrawal.

Sri G.Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent in W.P.No.17044 of 2018 would however state that the order passed during the pendency of the said writ petition is the subject matter of contempt proceedings and that the withdrawal of the writ petition may have an impact on the same.

As the contempt case would be an independent proceeding arising out of the alleged violation of the order during its operation, withdrawal of these writ petitions at this stage would not have any impact thereon. Making this position clear, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Interim orders passed in both writ petitions shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous, if any, in both cases shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
