The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 20.03.2018 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the relief portion is required to be moulded and some more pleadings are to be added.
