The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.579 of 2015 on the file of the IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
