Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition for fresh cause of action.

2. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition for fresh cause of action. However, in the circumstances, no costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
