Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to lssue a Writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not conducting instant examination for allowing the Petitioner to.complete and clear the backlog subject and in further not allowing the Petitioner to attend the counseling for admission into engineering college on 28.6.2O14 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently, direct the respondents to conduct the examination and allow the petitioner to attend the counseling session scheduled to take place on 28.06.2O14.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner brings to the notice of this Court that the cause of action in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication any more.
