In spite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The proceedings sheet clearly shows that from the beginning, the petitioner is not showing interest in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
