This writ petition is filed to declare the Endorsement Notice issued by the 4th respondent vide proceedings Roc.No.375/A1/2010, dated 10.5.2013 directing the petitioners to vacate their respective shops situated in the 4th respondent municipality as illegal and arbitrary. Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the shops were reallocated to the petitioners and hence no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
