This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not according permission to fill up the aided posts as per the proposals submitted by the 1st petitioner - Management on 27.02.2018, as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Article 41 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to accord permission to the petitioner - institutions to fill up the aided vacancies as per the proposals submitted by them on 27.02.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for School Education, submitted that this court in similar facts and circumstances in W.P.No.13167 of 2018 dated 17.04.2018 directed the respondents to consider the proposals submitted by the petitioners therein in accordance with Rules, and that similar order may be passed. In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority / respondents to consider the proposals stated to have been submitted by the petitioner on 27.02.2018 in accordance with Rules, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
