HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.17992 of 2014

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with civil disputes and calling the petitioner daily to the police station, as arbitrary and illegal. The petitioner states that he is the resident of Parapathi Veedhi of Vizianagaram Mandal and District and eaking out his livelihood by doing real estate business. While so, some disputes have cropped within his family, in respect of which, civil suits are pending. At the instigation of 6th respondent, a false complaint has been filed against him and crime was registered. On 14.2.2012 at about 6.00 A.M, the 6th respondent along with others persons came to the house of the petitioner and taken him to an unidentified locality and threatened him. In this connection, his wife made a complaint against the said persons and Cr.No.164 of 2012 was registered and the same is pending.

The grievance of the petitioner is that at the instance of 6th respondent, respondents and 4 and 5 are calling him to the police station frequently and threatening him to settle the civil disputes. While admitting the writ petition on 3.7.2014, this Court passed the following order:

"The police shall not interfere in any civil disputes of the petitioner."

No counter-affidavit is filed as on today.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of making the interim order dated 3.7.2014 passed in WPMP No.22556 of 2014 as final order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ___________________________________ JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO 21st October, 2016 rkk
