THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT W.P.NO.41967 OF 2015 ORAL ORDER (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners would submit that against the order dated 15.06.2015 in O.A.No.1451 of 2013 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, respondent No.1 filed review petition in R.A.No.34 of 2016 and the same has been allowed on 01.09.2016.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission of this court to with draw the instant writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 1.09.2016 in R.A.No.34 of 2016. Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for.

No order as to costs.
