O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of 5th respondent - Station House Officer, Habeebnagar Police Station, Hyderabad, Telangana State, in registering the crime based on the report lodged by the petitioner on 19.07.2019, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that after filing of the writ petition, the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and it was found to be of civil in nature and accordingly the same was informed to the petitioner.

In view of above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
