This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2, 3, 5 to 8 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.144 of 2015 of Women Police Station, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 I.P.C and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in the subject crime, the police completed investigation and filed charge sheet and numbered as C.C.No.1264 of 2016.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
