Against the said order, it appears, the petitioner has preferred an appeal on 18.12.2014 in terms of Regulation 22 of the A.P.S.R.T.C Employees (C.C.A) Regulations, 1967.

In view of the pendency of the appeal and in view of the fact that all factual controversies must be got resolved at the first instance by approaching the Appellate Authority and the Reviewing Authorities, it is only appropriate that this writ petition should be disposed of directing the Appellate Authority to entertain, deal with and dispose of the appeal strictly in accordance with law by providing a fair and reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, in case he deserves to be heard in person. Let this exercise be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Writ petition accordingly stands disposed of after hearing the learned Standing Counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending shall stand closed. No costs. _______________________________________ JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO 29.01.2015 sp
