When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A.Bhuvana Sundar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that since the subject vehicle is already released, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.

In view of the above submission, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
