Petition under Section 482 of Cr.p.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the lMemorandum of Grounds of criminal petition, the High court may be pleased to quash the proceedings in the P.R.C.No.10/18, dt.11.01.201g on the file of the 6th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, Nampally, lmmoral Traffic (Prevention) Act 1956 of Asifnagar p.S., Hyderabad, f .A. NO: 2 OF 2022 Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in the p.R.C.No.10/1g, dt.11.01.2018 on the file of the 6th Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, Nampally.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of sri M.p. Kashyap, Advocate for the petitioner and the public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent.

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.4982 of 2022 ORDER:

The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in PRC No.10 of 2018 dated 11.01.2018 on the file of the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, Nampally in Crime No.284 ol 2017 dated 08. l2.2ol7 lor the oflences punishable under Section 370 IPC and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956 of Asifnagar police station, Hyderabad. Petitioner herein is arrayed as accused No.3 therein I 2.

Heard Sri M.P. Kashyap, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1. Perused the material placed on record 3.

When the above Criminal Petition is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner would fairly submit that having regard to the fact that the crime relates to the year 20 17 and PRC is of 20 I B, the ends of justice would be met il a direction is given to the Court below to commit the case and send it to Sessions Court for expeditious disposal. The said

submission is not opposed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

Having regard to the submissions made and considering the fact that the PRC is of the year 2018, this Court is of the view that the Court below can be directed to commit the case and made it over to the Sessions Court as expeditiously as possible, so that the matter can be proceeded with further. 5.

Subject to the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
