Bhosale) Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if they are allowed to make fresh representation to respondent Nos.1 to 5 for initiating action and/or holding enquiry against the sixth respondent for the alleged misappropriation of huge amounts and its recovery. Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the petitioner makes any such representation, we hope and trust that respondent Nos.1 to 5 shall consider the same on merits in accordance with law.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
