2. This contempt case is filed seeking to punish the respondents for not implementing the order, dated

26-11-2012, in C.C.No.1887 of 2012 in W.P.No.18794 of 2008, passed by this Court.

3. Proceedings of the 3rd respondent-Commissioner of Intermediate Education, dated 30-6-2015, complying with the order, dated 26-11-2002, in C.C.No.1887 of 2012 passed by this Court have been filed. Since the order has been complied with, the contempt case is closed. The applications, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
