HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14860 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that earlier when petitioner filed W.P.No.7482 of 2017, this Court disposed of the said writ petition directing the petitioner to make an application in Form VI-A and such application being made by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law. In pursuant to the said order, the petitioner made an application in Form VI-A, but the 3rd respondent did not dispose of the same so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. It is to be seen that, if the 3rd respondent is not implementing the orders passed by this Court, petitioner has remedy of filing contempt, as such there is no need for the petitioner to file the present writ petition. Since already, there is a direction in the earlier writ petition, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. However, the 3rd respondent is obligated to implement the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.7482 of 2017.

In view of the above, I do no see any reason to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
