HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8835 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in changing the revenue record pertaining to the petitioner's land admeasuring Ac.5.18 guntas, situated at Ramdaspet, Mallapur Mandal, Jagtial District without issuing any notice and following due process of law.

Heard both sides.

The writ petition is filed only on mere apprehension. As on today, no notice is issued or any orders are passed for changing the entries. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, if any changes are made in revenue records in respect of the petitioner's land, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same. No order as to costs.
