This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.41 of 2018 of Mamnoor Police Station, Warangal District.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 01.04.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1/ State would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the VIII Additional District Judge, Warangal on 31.12.2018.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
