This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the Memo in Rc.No.932/2020/Tri/vc-I, dated 2704-2010, of respondent No.1, as without jurisdiction.

The petitioner sought for a consequential direction to respondent No.2 to issue allotment letter by receiving the fees payable for prosecuting Post Graduate Medical Course, for the year

2010-2011, in M.S.General Surgery in Rangaraya Medical College in pursuance of the petitioner's selection for admission into the said course. At the hearing, Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2- University, submitted that on the strength of the interim order, dated 30-04-2010, passed by this Court, suspending the impugned memo, the petitioner was given admission; that the said interim order was confirmed in Writ Appeal by a Division Bench of this Court and also by the Supreme Court in the Special Leave Petition and that the petitioner has completed the course of study also. In the light of this fact, the learned Standing Counsel submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Mr.B.Sudhakar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, has not disputed the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel.

In view of the above submissions of the learned Counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
