SESHA SAI A.S.M.P.No.1865 of 2016 in A.S.No.61 of 2013 and A.S.No.61 of 2013 COMMON ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The appellant filed A.S.M.P.No.1865 of 2016 in this appeal seeking permission to withdraw the appeal stating that he has already deposited the entire decretal amount and wants to avoid disputes and litigations owing to his advanced age.

The A.S.M.P. is therefore ordered. A.S.No.61 of 2013 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 06.11.2013 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
