While dismissing this petition in view of gravity of the charge, liberty is given to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court and seek for recall of NBW in which case concerned Court shall pass order on merits on the same day.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
