This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to modify the orders dated 27.01.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.48 of 2014 in Crl.A.P.No.53 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
