Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioners, addressed letter dated 08.06.2015 to the Registry stating that his clients seek to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition if so required. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
