Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the F.I.R against all the accused including the petitioner/Accused No.4, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings at this stage. However, the petitioner/Accused No.4 is at liberty to seek for quashment of the proceedings in case the Charge sheet is filed against him on completion of investigation, if he so advised. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
