Seeking to quash the proceedings that are initiated against the petitioner through FIR No.642 of 2021 of Jarvaharnagar police Station, Rachakonda District, the present Criminal petition is filed.
2. No representation on petitioner's side on call. on the other hand, the learned Assistant public prosecutor submits, on written instructions, that the charge sheet is filed and, thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this criminal petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move a fresh Criminal petition, in case cause survives. 4.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
