ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a letter dated 25.05.2017 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bahadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad City, wherein it is asserted that the case has been referred as "lack of evidence" and a final report is filed on 18.2.2014 and the same is recorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
