THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No.26532 of 2012 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) The learned Advocate General appearing for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation submits that his client has decided to cancel the tender process, which is the subject matter of the writ petition.

In that view of the matter, this Court feels that no order need be passed in this matter. The writ petition is accordingly closed. The interim order earlier granted shall stand vacated. However, the parties are free to take action in accordance with law, as may be advised, with regard to this subject.
