When the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused is not present and there is no representation on his behalf. Even on the last two occasions also, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
