HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No.21819 of 2020 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed with the following prayer; "to issue an order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3'd respondent in not converting the petitioner from kerosene hawker to regular F.P.shop dealer for F.P.Shop No.2156042, SRR Thota, Warangal, inspite of recommendation made by the 4rh respondent vide 1r.No.tu920/2019 dated 17.09.2010. as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to G.O.Ms.No.20, Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies Department, dated 06.09.2018 revised guidelines and to issue other consequential directions".

The case of the petitioner is that he is working as Kerosene hawker from 1990 onwards and that the Government issued G.O.tt/s.No.20 dated 06.09.2018, for conversion of kerosene hawker into fair price shop dealer and as such, he made applications before respondent Nos.3 and 4 on 04.09.2018 and 27.09.2018 respectively, and that after considering the financial status of petitioner, respondent No.4 has recommended his case for conversion as fair price shop dealer vide proceedings Rc.No.A/920/2019 dated 17.09.2020, to respondent No.3, but no action has been taken thereon. Hence, the present writ petition is filed. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies 4.
Since it is stated that the recommendation made by respondent No.4 vide proceedings dated 17.09.2020, is pending before respondent No.3, ldeem it appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to consider the said recommendation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
