THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33776 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioners, the learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) for respondent Nos.1 to 4, the learned counsel for respondent No.6 and the learned counsel for respondent No.7.

2. This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 3 to 4 in abusing their official powers vested in respondents 1 and 2 and harassing the petitioners as per the commands of respondents 5 to 7 as amounting to highly arbitrary and illegal.

3. The writ petition was filed in the year 2012 and no interim order was granted at that time. When the writ petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are not in contact with him and in view of the passage of time, the matter might have become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 28.03.2016 knl THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO
