Permission is accorded and the writ petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, as it is stated that such Commission started functioning. Interim orders passed by this Court shall continue for a period of four weeks from today.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
