It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the common order dated 15.07.2005 passed by this Court in WP.No.4587 of 2008 and batch and also Judgment dated 28.06.2011 in WA.No.279 of 2009 and batch. The writ appeal Judgment is also followed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in WP.No.5717 & 5695 of 2009. The same is not disputed by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Judgment dated 28.06.2011 passed by this Court in WA.No.279 of 2009 and batch and orders dated 15.07.2005 passed by this Court in WP.No.4587 of 2008 & batch. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
