This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.5 and his subordinates in interfering with the civil disputes at the behest of respondent No.6 in respect of petitioner's house property bearing Municipal No.6-4-16/2, admeasuring 300 Sq.Yards, situated at Shivrampally, Aramgarh, Opposite Traffic P.S., Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.30.08.2019 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mailardevpally P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerate. To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under.
"It is submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner that the respondent No.5 and his subordinates in interfering into the civil disputes of the petitioner in respect of her house property is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.5 and his subordinate never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time.
It is submitted the Station House Officer, Mailardevpally has not received any petition from the petitioner, if any petition is received by the Station House Officer, Mailardevpally, action will be taken as per law.
In fact a case is registered against the petitioner's son in Mailardevpally police station in Crime No.551/2019, U/s.447, 427, 506 IPC on 08.08.2019."
Recording the aforesaid written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of. If petitioner has any grievance against registration of crime, it
is open for the petitioner to agitate the same, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
