HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2886 OF 2018 ORDER:

The only request made by the revision petitioners in I.A. No.121 of 2018 in O.S.No.403 of 2017 is to direct the Special Assistant Agent, Mobile Court, at Bhadrachalam to dispose of I.A. No.121 of 2018 in O.S. No.403 of 2017.

In fact, I.A. No.121 of 2018 was filed on 11.04.2018 and the present Civil Revision Petition is filed on 30.04.2018 i.e., within 20 days, not even after expiry of one month from the date of filing I.A., the present Civil Revision Petition is filed, certainly, the revision petitioners cannot be encouraged by acceding to the request to direct the Special Assistant Agent. However, it is left open to them to make a request to the Special Assistant Agent for disposal of I.A. itself. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
