In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the action of respondent No.3-Revenue Divisional Officer, Miryalaguda Division, Nalgonda District in not disposing of the appeal filed by him with respect to change of entries in the revenue records. The case of the petitioner is that till 2017, his name was figured in the revenue records with respect to the subject property and the name of the husband of respondent No.5 is appearing in the revenue records from 25.04.2018.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.

Inasmuch as the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent No.3, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to dispose of the appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
