HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32806 OF 2011 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both parties, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not passing any orders on the representation dated 28.06.2008 made by the petitioners for regularization under G.O.Ms.No.166, Revenue (Assignments Plot) Department, in relation to property vide different plot numbers at Nizampet Village, Qutbullapur Mandal, Rangareddy District, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders in the said representation, in accordance with law.

However, learned Government Pleader opposed the same contending that in view of the orders of the Division Bench dated 10.09.2015 in PIL No.517 of 2013, the petitioners are not entitled for any regularization. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the circumstances stated above, the respondents are advised to dispose of the representation dated 28.06.2008, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
