HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18132 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in earmarking the boundaries and issuing pattadar pass books to the petitioner in respect of the land of the petitioner situated at Sunkireddypalem, Ponnalur Mandal, Prakasam District, as per the direction of A.P.Lokayuktha, Hyderabad and Special Chief Secretary to Governor, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to earmark the boundaries and issue pattadar pass books to the petitioner's lands.

The petitioner submitted his application to the Governor to issue pattadar pass books and to fix up boundaries of the subject land. When the same is pointed out by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to submit application to the concerned authorities for fixing the boundaries after conducting survey and to issue pattadar pass book to the petitioner in respect of the subject land.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting permission to the petitioner to submit application in proper format to the respondent authorities and the respondent authorities, after receipt of such application shall consider the same and pass orders in terms of the order dated 03.03.2016, passed by this Court in WP.No.6690 of 2016 and batch. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending

in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
