The petitioners pray for the following relief: "To permit the petitioners to return the list of the original documents attached herewith"

Counsel appearing for the petitioners invited the attention of this Court to the order dated 14.10.2015 dismissing company petition as withdrawn with liberty to avail appropriate remedies. It is submitted that the petitioners have filed regular suits and they want return of originals filed in the company petition.

I have perused the affidavit filed along with the application and I am satisfied that the prayer as made can be granted. The application is ordered.
