HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER C.M.P. No.509 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner - husband viz., Kiran Kumar Pothini alias Bobby, requesting to transfer H.M.O.P. No.11 of 2017 pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, Guntur District, to any competent Court in Chirala, Prakasham District.

2. Since, between the same parties herein, cases in C.C. 196 of 2016 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali - cum - II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tenali, and M.C. No.58 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali, were already withdrawn and transferred to the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Guntur, and II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Guntur, by this Court by a common order dated 07.11.2017, in Transfer Criminal Petition Nos.164, 165 and 166 of 2017, respectively, the same order is required to be passed in the present transfer petition.

3. Hence, H.M.O.P. No.11 of 2017 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, Guntur District, and transferred to the Judge, Family Court - cum - Additional District Judge, Guntur, for trial and disposal.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. The Common Order passed dated 07.11.2017 in Transfer Criminal Petition Nos.164, 165 and 166 of 2017 shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs.
