HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No. 345 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Sri Chandra Sekhar Ilapakurti, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to the 4th respondent to consider representation of the 7th respondent, dated 26.10.2015, whereby they have prayed for allotting/establishing Paddy Purchase Centre at Lolla Villave, Rayavaram Mandal, East Godavari District. Learned Government Pleader for respondent No.4 submits that respondent No.4 shall consider representation of the 7th respondent within time frame. In view thereof, we are satisfied that the following order will meet the ends of justice:

"The 4th respondent shall consider representation, dated 26.10.2015, of the 7th respondent as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. If necessary, the 4th respondent may take necessary instructions from the 3rd respondent. Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order before the 4th respondent along with copy of the petition and its annexures within ten days from today. While passing this order we shall not be understood to have expressed any opinion on merits of the case."

Public interest litigation is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
