HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.371 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.29 of 2015 from the file of the Family judge-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Nellore, for trial and disposal in accordance with law.

2. In spite of best efforts, the petitioner could not serve notice on the respondent. After issuance of paper publication, Sri P.Sudhakara Reddy and Sri A.Ramesh have filed vakalats on behalf of the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent herein filed memo before Family judge-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupati, seeking permission to withdraw the petition. A copy of the memo is also filed before this Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence this petition is closed, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
